The outdoor pool is heated and provided a wonderfully relaxing experience while the staff were amazing and efficient, ensuring every detail was spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't located on the premises, which led to some inconvenience when looking for a quick meal.

The hotel was fairly clean with a good restaurant. The room was impressive and the personnel was really helpful. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the property was situated at a medium distance from Magnolia Galeria.

quiet rooms

It was just a great fit for resting at all in Durango with excellent value. The staff here is always helpful and cute. If you're looking for quiet, ask for a room away from the pool area.

Super comfy double room with lots of space. Clean bathroom with good shower and fluffy towels. The outdoor heated pool was a nice treat after a day out. Plenty of safe parking. Staff were super efficient. The entrance is kinda tricky. It's actually on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not what Google says.

The place is easy to find and super safe. We loved being close to shopping centers and enjoyed the well-kept pool. We recommend checking out the Bistro nearby for breakfast or dinner.

The only downside was that the parking lot felt a bit cramped during busy hours.

The hotel has a great environment, very private with 24-hour guards providing a sense of safety. The staff is nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool is covered and heated. The bistro offers delicious food with room delivery, a nice convenience. This led to some inconvenience as I had to walk to my room and back multiple times. Despite these annoyances, the hotel itself is very clean and beautiful.
